Summary:

In interviews with Texas Law Enforcement Officials, it became very clear that the key to uncovering human trafficking falls upon ordinary citizens, and especially those who are in positions with the responsibility of their communities on their shoulders. Apartment communities, and their employees in watch groups are in an exceptionally excellent position to uncover and identify human trafficking within their neighborhoods, simply by communicating with their residents.
