Neighborhood Watch Toolkit Training The Neighborhood Watch Toolkit In response to the President's call to involve more Americans in neighborhood safety and security, the National Sheriffs' Association in partnership with the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice has produced a new Neighborhood Watch Toolkit. The Toolkit provides numerous resources for law enforcement and community members working with Neighborhood Watch groups - whether starting, revilatizing or enhancing existing programs.
The Toolkit includes:
Training Courses The training provides an overview to the curriculum and tools contained in the Toolkit. It is applicable for all levels of Neighborhood Watch experience. The class is a Train-the-Trainer format. It is recommended one representative from a law enforcement agency attend, then take back the information to other officers. Who Should Attend
